Part of Crimson Hotels, The Trafalgar St. James, Curio Collection by Hilton is a 5 Star hotel with 131 bedrooms including 3 signature suites, and a number of venues consisting of our unique Rooftop bar and Rockwell that pride themselves in the quality of food service that they provide.
As Content Creator you will support The Trafalgar St James Hotel and 100 Queen's Gate Hotel and your key responsabilities will be:
- Optimise all social media platforms across both hotels.
- Oversee content development including external photography and videography shoots.
- Increase online awareness and engagement for both hotels and all outlets
- Manage all content across all existing platforms for both Curio Hotels.
- Measure reach, engagement and user numbers on all accounts
- Create a deployment strategy for both hotels on Tiktok
- Work closely with PR agencies
- Own the hotels content calendars and take input on regular basis
- Plan and oversee online content creation
- Own social media inboxes and subsequent responses to customers
- Support operational teams with promoting any product activation
- Work with marketing team colleagues to ensure all online platforms are updated
- To work closely with other departments to accommodate guests' special requests and amenities
The ideal Content Creator candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with social media, photography, and videography. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to plan, prioritise and multitask, attention to deal and can-do attitude The ability to engage and connect with people with a creative, forward thinking approach.
