Explode Social Media are looking for a Social Media Assistant to help support their innovative, fast-growing client management team.
We're all about exploding brands into the tomorrow of marketing! Based in the heart of Birmingham's business district Colmore Row, we’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our expanding team of Social Media Professionals.
You’ll be helping support our Social Media Account Managers and Executives who manage multiple brands’ social media channels and campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include (but not exclusive to) content creation, copywriting, scheduling & monitoring content, supporting and creating client reports & insights, managing company social profiles, brainstorming creative ideas, influencer outreach, keeping up with trends and providing overall support to the Account Management team.
Skills and Experience
- In-depth knowledge of social media
- 1+ year social media experience
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Great communicator and team player
- Genuine interest in social media and motivated individual that uses their own initiative is essential for this role
- Excellent skills using Canva, Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
- Experience editing TikTok videos using video apps such as CapCut will be a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
