The Role…
We are now looking for a talented Content Coordinator to join the Soho House content team and proactively deliver assist in the smooth running of stories across digital, print and social platforms, including all CRM channels, which encourage members to discover and engage with Soho House content.
This role sits in the editorial content team, part of the wider in-house creative agency at Soho House, and you will be responsible for supporting the Heads of Creative Ops and Membership Content Director in London in creating content and implementing Soho House's content strategy.
Working closely with the Group Head of Creative Ops responding to the direction set out by the CCO, Content Director and Editorial Director, you will produce content for a global audience, ensuring there's a balance between creative imperatives and brand engagement.

Main Duties…
- Assist and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of digital content
- Support the digital content team with building content on our CMS for website and app. At times, this will require making decisions about the design of the page
- Coordinate with the design and copy teams to ensure all assets needed for CMS builds are collected
- Support the digital team with making updates to copy across the website and ensuring operational information is up to date
- Responsible for editorial calendar maintenance and updates
- Coordinate guests and talent for digital features, film, radio events, marketing communications, and social
- Support the content team with pick-up pitches and story leads for content from across the business
- Help monitor, moderate and coordinate aggregated content, including House Studio and UGC content

Requirements / Qualifications…
- Educated to degree level
- Experience in a digital copywriting / admin
- A proven interest in publishing, entertainment, lifestyle, and culture
- Good copywriting skills
- Experience of working in a CMS
- Email and marketing experience is preferred
- Highly organised and diligent, with a capacity to work on multiple projects at the same time
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
- A self-starter and problem-solver with lots of initiative to get the job done better than it's been done before
