We have an exciting opportunity for a Content and Community Executive to join The London Book Fair team. This is a hybrid role within our London based team.
About The London Book Fair
The London Book Fair (LBF) is the place for the global publishing community to develop relationships, gain insight, and define the future of creative content across platforms. Occurring annually at Olympia London, (12-14 March 2024) LBF unites the publishing world for three days of business, networking, and learning.
We need you to help us tell our stories and engage our audiences
We’re looking for a talented and passionate content creator to work alongside the Marketing Manager, and a wider group of specialist marketing and PR teams, to create and deliver engaging omni-channel campaigns, globally. Tasks will include creating content and distributing it across multiple channels (email, PPC, social and blog), website management, video production, social media management, design creation and management and day to day liaison with other teams in our matrix structure.
If you can turn ideas into compelling content, write with personality and grab attention plus exhibit excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise a workload of a demanding event, we want to hear from you!
You should apply if:
- Developing customer journeys, creating messages, and managing scheduled campaigns for our key audiences, excites you
- You have strong copywriting skills and experience in creating, re-purposing, and re-positioning SEO-friendly content, curating one large concept / idea and building out to deliver consistency of campaign and message across multiple channels, both on and offline
- You are confident owning content plans and are able to create and distribute the content accordingly - making sure it’s delivering against agreed tone of voice and house style and agreed engagement KPIs
- You can be a brand guardian - produce ‘on-brand’ content which will ensure execution of creative, content led campaigns
- You display confidence and passion about testing the performance of different types of content, to refine and drive the future content strategy
- Can demonstrate strong time management skills, the ability to multitask, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Have fluency in written and spoken English
