What you will do
Our Fire Suppression business is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to be based in our Manchester office. The core duties of the role are to liaise with the subcontractors and assign work, plus other day to day administrative duties.

How you will do it
- Ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved as per business expectation
- Liaise with subcontractors/customers to secure service visit dates
- Assign subcontractors to work orders
- Chase outstanding service sheets
- Close work orders
- Obtain quotes
- Raise purchase orders
- General queries via email/phone

- Ability to remain forceful when others become pessimistic or when dealing with new and unexpected situations.
- Experience of having worked in a results driven customer service environment.
