A Day In The Life:

  • Creating lesson packs and workshop packs which contain materials that expand on our lesson content
  • Fact checking video scripts prior to filming
  • Reviewing completed lesson videos prior to release to ensure they are error-free, and text and animations work smoothly together
  • Ordering and reviewing English subtitles for all lessons
  • Liaising with our translations team on translation of assessment questions, subtitles and scripts
  • Building finished lessons in our content management system (CMS)
  • Creating and maintaining a ‘case study’ log tracking organisations featured in our content
  • Updating our lesson database on a monthly basis to reflect changes in release status, and details of upcoming lessons
  • Assisting our directors and producers on set
You’re good at:
  • Exceptional English language skills, including writing skills
  • At least 3 months work experience or an internship in an editorial/creative role
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Ability to learn new topics efficiently and research relevant subject areas
  • Ability to communicate proactively
  • Strong attention to detail
Extra nice to have:
  • Work experience at a learning organization
  • Knowledge and experience of digital education
  • Professional writing and editing experience
  • Experience on set and/or in post-production
  • Project management experience
