The role

We are looking for an experienced content executive looking for a step up to drive our B2B content and social marketing strategy. This person will be successful if they love creating and repurposing original content, telling compelling user stories and turning stuffy data into impactful insights. They should also be both strategic and able to get hands-on in coming up with content strategy, drafting content, editing and repurposing it across different channels to drive commercial growth. This role reports into the Senior Growth Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Work with commercial leaders to understand what themes and formats of original, compelling and creative content we need to maintain awareness, and drive engagement and growth
  • Develop a calendar/content plan of various different content categories in order to ensure a regular flow of content output against short- and long-term B2B objectives
  • Own our B2B content and thought leadership strategy, being responsible for creating content in line with the plan, ensuring it's repurposed as needed, and optimised
  • Identify new opportunities to engage our B2B audience with content, including TikTok, landing pages, video, podcasts and more
  • Own our social media and YouTube channels, and website content including creating and scheduling content, reporting and optimising
  • Identify and manage opportunities externally to share thought leadership and other content to drive awareness and preference
  • Maximise engagement – work with marketing colleagues to ensure our content is presented in the most effective way to maximise call to actions, dwell time, engagement, sign up, following and likes, CTR, etc
  • Work with design, data, marketing, CRM, product marketing and others to produce high quality content in line with objectives
  • Set up best practice processes to get things done in a better way
  • Interact occasionally with senior external stakeholders (e.g. interviewing a research fellow for a report, or interviewing a client for a case study)
  • Be the keeper of our tone of voice
  • Act as in-house proof-reader and editor extraordinaire.

About you/Required

  • You are passionate about social impact, interested in how technology can drive social change and excited to be part of a business that delivers a meaningful difference to society
  • You are a digitally native storyteller – you are a great emotive and technical writer (native-level English communicator) and you love what you do
  • You have 3+ years experience in content marketing and are looking for a bit more ownership, creativity and growth in online content creation
  • You are an excellent communicator and can explain complicated issues clearly and simply with the wider team and varying levels of stakeholders
  • You get a kick out of managing cross-functional projects - especially with different commercial teams
  • You have a "test, learn and improve" mindset, an ability to deliver projects from concept to execution
  • You are motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, and you will thrive because you're super-organised and structured (but not rigid)
  • You are comfortable with setting the right KPIs, and knowing when to change course
  • You bias towards action, while maintaining high editorial standards

We're looking for people that will get stuck in and make a difference. We have a great collaborative, entrepreneurial team and are passionate about what we do. If you want to join a team that is changing people's lives for the better then we'd love to hear from you.
