Content and Research Lead, Global
Level: CL10 Senior Analyst

As part of Marketing Operations M+C and the Client Data Management Team, you will be part of a global team which is expert in effective design & delivery. This team provides support and services to the entire Accenture business and is critical to its operational success, collaborating across locations and functions.
As a Content and Research Lead, you are responsible for content curation rather than creation. Working in a global capacity across the seven Pursuits and Reputation Marketing teams (P&RM) teams you will bring together information from external and internal intelligence. To ensure our marketers and writers are best placed to kick off their various projects, deals, responses, and writing assignments. You will become an expert at connecting the most relevant information and insights, to the right opportunity at the right time ensuring Accenture is uniquely positioned.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
- Creation of information packs curated from internal and external tools, which include key insights and recommendations.
- Point of content for one of the other Pursuit and Reputation marketing teams
Tasks include:
Creation of information packs
- Respond to requests from any of our seven partner teams, this is a truly global , you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments.
- Conduct scoping meetings to understand the need of the requestor to bring together the best combination of information.
- Create a Power Pack (PowerPoint deck of information) that highlights key findings, insights, and recommendations that directly respond to the brief
- Present findings back to the requestor and help them navigate the pack you have created
- Seek valuable feedback on quality, value, experience, and efficiency on completion of the request.
Point of contact (POC)
Each member of the content team is a point of contact for one of the other P&RM teams. The purpose of this is to build in-depth knowledge of our internal ‘clients’ and then share information with the rest of the team.
- Attend key calls held by the P&RM team they are POC for and represent the P&RM content team.
- Share an update at the weekly P&RM content team meeting.
- Introduce the P&RM Content Team to new joiners to in your designated P&RM team
- Work on P&RM content team pilots to improve our partnership and performance.
Pre-requisites:
Marketing
- Proven experience in storytelling
- Proven experience in people engagement and community building
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop and apply creative and innovative solutions to complex issues
Business Operations
- Resourceful and able to move forward with ambiguity
- Ability to multi-task and work quickly and effectively under pressure
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment of deadlines
