We are recruiting for the brand new role of Customer Experience Executive. This exciting role will have you providing exemplary customer service to the RIOT customers before, during and after purchase. You will play an important role within the business, communicating heavily between the Logistics, Sales and Production departments with the aim to ensure orders are filled quickly and correctly and our customers receive the very best service from us, from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Support our hugely talented B2B sales team to deliver an amazing customer experience to our vape shop customers
- Provide updates to customers with tracking information and delivery dates
- Answer calls and assisting with all types of customer requests
- Take payments over the phone
- Support the Business Development Managers whilst out on the road
- Be the main point of contact between Warehouse and Sales for all shipping discrepancies and back ordered SKU's
- Ensure all customers have access to our digital library
- Conduct customer survey calls
- Assist and set up new customers on our online B2B ordering platform
- Assist with D2C customer requests
- Develop new processes to measure our customer experience
- Carry out an in depth view of all of our customer touch points and implement improvements where possible
- Support the Business Development Managers with carrying out customer surveys through Bowimi
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working in an customer focused role with excellent people skills.
- A high level of organisational and planning skills.
- Advanced IT Skills in systems, Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets, Docs etc.
- Excellent communication - both verbal and written.
- Pays excellent Attention to detail.
- Enjoys the challenge of finding solutions to problems.
- Physically able to help out in the Warehouse when required.

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
