Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,071 to £27,677 pro rata per annum
Location: Southampton (combined with some hybrid working)

About the role
This role is within Solent Mind’s fundraising and external engagement team, supported by four marketing and communications professionals. It is an exciting and dynamic place to work with opportunities to contribute to wider projects and develop your skills. Solent Mind and the fundraising and external engagement team have experienced rapid growth over the last few years, and this role will play an important part in supporting the ongoing development of our services to support even more people in the community.
About you
As the Content And Marketing Officer, your main responsibilities will be to create and design customised content, including written copy and marketing materials, using tools such as Canva. Additionally, you would be responsible for creating and editing video content, supporting email campaigns, planning and scheduling social media posts, maintaining websites, and supporting marketing events. As part of the team, you would ensure that all materials adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to monthly content planning. You would also build relationships with internal stakeholders and actively work towards shared team goals.
