Role – Content and Document Management (CDM) Leader for Financial Services UK
Location – London, UK
Hybrid Work - 2-3 Days Onsite
As a Content and Document Management (CDM) CoE Lead for FS UK market, you will support progressing Capgemini’s growth plans by bringing your technology expertise, Functional Knowledge, Solutioning expertise, along with consulting, presales, delivery skills in platforms as Adobe, OpenText, Quadient, Smart Comms. Picture yourself working with a highly motivated, successful, and diverse team focused on driving services across the CDM and digital marketing ecosystem. This role is based out of London in UK and will focus on our serving our UK&I clients across Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets. This role will report into head of Digital Customer Experience practice in UK and Continental Europe and as part of the DCX team, will interface with multiple regional account leaders, sales teams and our clients in a matrix organization.
- Lead and own all CDM platforms pursuits, delivery, and consulting initiatives.
- Work with sales teams to identify and pursue opportunities in the CDM ecosystem
- Partner with alliance and sales teams to drive go to market initiatives and evangelize solutions and offerings.
- Manage alliance relationships with partner platform organizations for UK&I market
- Be the go to person for platform strategy, solutioning and how to best leverage CDM platforms for our clients
- Lead and own Adobe pursuits, capabilities and delivery for UK&I market
- Lead and own platforms pursuits, capabilities and delivery as OpenText, Quadient Smart Comms, Documentum.
- 15+ overall IT industry expertise preferably with large IT Consulting and Services firms
- 10+ years of experience working with CDM platform Ecosystem
- 5+ years managing large geographically spread teams
- 5+ years architecting solutions on various CDM platforms
- 5+ years in selling and negotiating consulting services
- Deep expertise and understanding of Content & Document management plus digital marketing domain, industry and platforms.
- Familiar with the Fit Gap Analysis and estimation Process for CDM applications
- SME in Estimations and building Resource Modelling for new and upcoming requirements engagements
- Preferrable with domain experience on Financial Services industry
- Preferred understanding of the integration technologies like Mulesoft etc
- Hands on experience extending the business applications using various CDM platforms
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, enterprise architecture and governance models
- Good understanding of global delivery models and experience working with multiple offshore locations
