We are looking for a creative and commercially aware content and copy specialist to join our dynamic and forward-thinking marketing team. This role calls for a born storyteller and 360 creative thinker – someone who is as comfortable developing multi-channel launch campaign as they are creating benefit-driven messaging, writing a compelling member email or crafting a film script.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a creative leader with the drive and experience to develop the content strategy and deliver compelling and customer-centric copy and content across a variety of platforms.
Key Responsibilities;
Own the evolution of our brand tone of voice and championing our brand guidelines
Lead the process to develop and implement message hierarchies related to customer engagement campaigns, acquisition campaigns, and new product launches
Partner with the Head of Creative to create and deliver a compelling content strategy that brings to life our comms platform across all channels.
Member communications including newsletters, crisis comms and other email communications as required
Qualifications/Skills
Exceptional writing skills and at least 7 years’ experience as a copywriter agency-side or as part of an in-house team
Demonstrable experience in developing content strategies
Strong background in writing for different channels and audiences – website, email newsletters, paid & organic social media, advertising, scripts, brochures, and sales proposals
Experience of writing for B2B and B2C audiences
Proof reading and copy editing
Previous experience in managing freelancers and external agency partners
