SCC Fostering Service are looking to recruit a dynamic, energetic and motivated person who enjoys a daily challenge and thrives on working in a busy environment where no two days are the same!
The role of the CLO is to act as bridge between fostering social workers and foster carers so you need to be a keen asset in communication strategy.
You will need to have a cheerful character and a great ability to work in an often demanding and fast paced setting.
This role is a great opportunity to perform well where one week you may be helping to organise a fostering family event and, in another week, helping the service access equipment for a foster carer who has taken an emergency placement. The role is varied and ever changing.
