Job description
Role: Contact Centre Finance Sales Executive (Internally known as Web Finance Specialist)
Location: Doncaster, DN4 5PD
Hours: 40 hours per week. As we open for our customers 7 days per week from 9.00am to 8.00pm, you will required to work on a rota which will include some weekend working.
Typical rota set out below:

- Monday 12-8 Monday 9- 5
- Tuesday 12-8 Tuesday 9 – 5
- Wednesday 9-5 Wednesday 12 – 8
- Thursday Off Thursday 12- 8
- Friday Off Friday 9 – 5
- Saturday 11-7 Saturday – off
- Sunday 10-5 Sunday – off
- shifts may change – currently work 2 weekends in 4 weeks.
On Target Earnings: £35,000pa made up of basic salary of £18600pa + uncapped monthly commission.
Experience: No previous sales or finance experience needed as full training will be provided. A basic understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel.

Job Role:
Handling inbound customer enquiries over the telephone and by email to secure funds via finance to buy one of our 6000 vehicles we have across our 13 locations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting our customers in securing funds to purchase a car from CarShop
- Accurate data entry into relevant systems
