We are looking for a driven individual to come and join our Digital Experience Team based at Oldham Audi.

We are looking for someone to:
- Be responsible for handling all digital sales enquiries across multiple channels 7 days a week, working flexible hours to suit business needs and enquiry arrival patterns
- Communicate with customers using their preferred method of contact (email, phone, SMS or social media)
- Convert digital sales enquiries into appointments, test drives and opportunities to sell for all dealerships
- Capture accurate customer data and update manufacturer and business systems accordingly
- Achieve department KPIs
- Complete outbound appointment generation activity when required
- Deliver exceptional customer experience to every customer
- Be a team player in a very busy department
You will:
- Take ownership and pride in delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
- Have experience working to sales targets and tight timescales.
- Be self-motivated to convert every enquiry into an opportunity to sell for our sales teams
- Work well as part of a dedicated and collaborative team as well as on your own
- Communicate across all business levels and build relationships with key stakeholders
