Contact Centre - Customer Service Advisor - Energy and Utilities
Start date: 16th October 2023
Location: Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park
Salary: Up to £22,000
Hybrid working 70% office, 30% home working.

The Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound telephone calls. The role will involve troubleshooting complaints and logging faults when notified by customers to enable tracking of resolutions.

Role Requirements:

Contact centre experience is not necessary as full training is provided, but previous experience of working in a Customer based role such as retail, hospitality etc would be desirable.

  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Resilience and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Adaptable to changeable working schedule and environment.
  • Complaints experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Receptive to learning, using and navigating multiple client specific programs and tools.
