Contact Centre Agent - Fraud Department - Banking
We are currently working with a bank who are looking to hire multiple Customer Service Agents on an interesting and exciting contract answering fraud and general banking enquiries.
This is a great opportunity for anyone that is looking to work for a Tier 1 UK retail bank and progress their career in the financial services sector. It is also a great opportunity to gain experience in fraud (financial crime).
- 6 Months Initial
- £130 per day
- Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)
- Shift pattern (8am - 4pm or 12pm - 8pm) and 2 weekend days a month
Skills and Experience
- MUST HAVE experience working in call centre, contact centre or with some telephony customer contact experience
- A good telephone manner
- A strong work ethic and highly self-motivated
- Good listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation
