Due to continued growth, Nationwide Windscreen Services has a fantastic opportunity available for Contact Centre Agents at our head office in Birstall, Leicester LE4.
*IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE* Following successful Interview
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, hours between 07:00 – 18:00 with rotational Saturdays 10:00-14:00)
Salary: From £19,000 per annum
Location: 6 Geoff Monk Way, Birstall, Leicestershire, LE4 3BU **FULLY OFFICE BASED**
Job Role:
- Call handling, answering high volumes of calls, maintaining a rapid response to agreed standards.
- Job creation on the NWS System, accurately recording information, logging information on all calls received, maintaining detailed and accurate records.
- Manage “In life” customer queries including customer service calls.
- Operate a variety of office equipment, PC, Phone, shredder, scanner, photocopier.
- Job validation, policy checking, procurement of purchase order numbers.
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, suppliers, customers, and the public.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
- Validate authenticity of vehicle and policy holder information.
- Invoice production.
- Awareness of data protection.
- Maintain work sheet list to ensure jobs older than 2 months are either cancelled or invoiced.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required or necessary.
