Job description

We are looking for Part Time Contact Centre Advisors to join our contact centre in Hatfield.


You will be taking a high volume of inbound calls and acting as the first point of contact when our customers call with their questions and queries, so it is vital that you represent the company in a positive, friendly and empathetic way. No two calls will be the same, so it will be important that you adapt to the different needs to quickly resolve the situation in a professional way.

You don’t need to have worked in a call centre environment previously as full training will be provided. We are looking for individuals with great customer service skills as we are measured against the level of customer experience that we provide our customers. We are also looking for individuals who are comfortable with using a range of IT software as there will be a variety of systems used as a part of the day-to-day job. Full training on all software systems will be provided before you start.

If you are shortlisted for an assessment centre, these will be taking place on Monday 27th February 2023 at 10am and 1:30pm. All sessions will last approx. 2 hrs.

In the role, you will be working 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 4pm - 8pm.

The salary for the role is £22,400 pro rated with a start date of 3rd April 2023. Please note that for the first 4 weeks, you will be doing compulsory training 4pm to 8pm Monday to Friday (ending 28th April).
