The Team
You'll be joining our small Call Centre team based in our Flagship Derby Dealership on a variety of working patterns.
The Job
Inbound and outbound contact with existing customers to discuss their MOT & servicing needs, when they are due and to complete the booking to tailor to the customers’ requirements. As well as taking inbound and outbound calls relating to other aftersales appointments.
We’re offering Full-time, Part-time and Maternity Cover positions covering a whole range of shift patterns.
Ideally, you will have the following:
Confident & friendly telephone manner
Great Customer Service skills
Computer literate
Motivation to hit targets
Reliable and diligent approach to working
