We would like to hear from candidates with experience of delivering exceptional customer service and who are highly organised, motivated, and able to work effectively and accurately, ensuring that our members receive the highest levels of Customer Service.
As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our members, responding to their queries and requests over the telephone. You will be required to provide and explain information in a clear and concise way, update member records accurately, identify and escalate particularly complex queries and look for opportunities to continuously improve the member experience.
To apply for this role, we are looking for individuals with recent Customer Service experience. If you have either worked within a contact centre environment or a role that is predominantly on the telephone dealing with customer or member queries that would be beneficial but not essential. (Please note, this is not a sales role). Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) with Grade 4 or C grade as a minimum, good IT skills including the Microsoft suite of applications and the ability to work on multiple IT applications simultaneously.
We are not expecting you to be a pensions expert in any way or form, full training is provided to ensure you know how to handle the calls from our members, but we are looking for people who can demonstrate empathy and provide high levels of customer service on the telephone.
