HCA Service Centre, in Prestatyn North Wales is proud to be one of the largest employers in the area. Our offices are conveniently located a 15-minute drive off the A55 or 15-minute walk from Prestatyn train station. Free parking is also available on site. After an initial period of training we are able to offer hybrid and remote working.
Job Title: Contact Centre Advisor – Part Time
Location: Prestatyn – North Wales (Hybrid & Remote working options offered after initial training)

Team: Corporate Service Centre – Bookings Team
Salary: Up to £26,899 OTE dependant on experience (this includes up to £300 per month KPI bonus)
Shifts/Pattern or work: Part Time Opportunities between 24 to 32 hours per week

This role is able to offer Hybrid or remote working with equipment provided, however the first 8 weeks will need to be office based from our Prestatyn hub. You also need to live within 1 hour of our offices to be able to work remotely.

Our bookings team Contact Centre Advisors take in excess of over 55,000 patient calls per month and are the first point of contact for our patients and customers. HCA has been founded on 5-star exceptional service. Our team here ensure that all patients receive that VIP treatment from the initial call.

About the Role:
Working within a highly focused, high volume, supportive, collaborative team. You will be responsible for making patient appointments and handling information requests over the telephone and by email. You will be collecting customer information and data to support patient bookings, so great administrative skills and attention to detail are key. We can offer flexible working to accommodate school hours.

Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience within a customer service environment.
- Ability to build excellent rapport with customers, patients, and consultants building strong relationships quickly and have the listening and communication skills to inspire confidence
- Demonstrate empathy, patience and diplomacy to reassure customers, overcome challenges and deliver the highest standards of customer service
- Knowledge of healthcare or clinical experience is desirable but not essential
- Computer literate.
