Consumer Insights Analyst
Edinburgh – Hybrid
Up to £45,000 + package

What you’ll be doing:
As a Consumer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for producing insight from a variety of internal and external data sources to understand current and potential new customers, including what they want from the Charity. Your insight will help influence business strategy to maximise customer acquisition, satisfaction, and value.
Reporting to the Consumer Insights Manager, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of regular and ad-hoc reporting, and management of customer data – all while generating insight from these sources.The company hold key data about our customers, but you will also use third party data (including Experian), government data, and insights uncovered by our in-house Research team, to paint a clear picture of how we can best serve our customers.
As part of the Consumer Insights team, you’ll be working alongside a Research team and Data Science team, giving you access to a wide range of experience and expertise to make the most of this exciting new role.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar Research/Insights role with a focus on customers
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools is desirable
- A genuine interest in qualitative research methods
