Oracle Health are looking for a dynamic and energetic Senior Project Manager/ Senior Engagement Owner to join our established team and lead some of our exciting projects. Ideally, you have a strong track record of managing projects with proven results and enjoy working in a cross functional team across all experience levels. Whilst you’ll be hands-on wherever and whenever needed, you are a project manager at heart with exceptional organisational skills. We deliver transformational projects and truly value our internal culture by working hard and adjusting quickly to change therefore you would need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep a cool head.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for two broad areas: People Management, and Project Management for the full scope of our client engagements. This includes but is not limited to: financial management, project plan development and maintenance, team and executive reporting, oversight and coordination of project resources, establishing and enforcing quality controls, supporting future sales, driving scope and benefits from initiation to delivery; in alignment with all client initiatives. This role serves as liaison between the Oracle Health and Client implementation teams and Oracle Health /Client leadership, to ensure all targets and requirements are completed on schedule within scope and on budget.

Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant work experience
- Plus 4 years related experience/higher education, with at least 2 years of Healthcare information technology (HCIT consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client facing or HCIT solution work experience
- Including at least 1 year project/program management experience
Preferred Qualifications :
- Project Management Professional Certification
Expectations :
- Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
