Who you will be working with


You will join the Analytics and AI team, where we collaborate with our clients to improve their use of data and enable them to become truly data-driven enterprises. We solve complex industry problems through our expertise in a variety of fields such as Data and AI Strategy, Data Science, Advance Analytics and Intelligent Automation.

Why this role?

As a supply chain analytics consultant within the Analytics and AI team you have the opportunity to apply cutting-edge technologies – such as digital twin, network simulation, cloud, AI, RPA, etc. – to solve the most relevant and impactful supply chain problems with our market leading clients. Your technical experience in supply chain will be invaluable in helping our clients use data and insights to grow their bottom-line, through optimising demand & supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, operational efficiency, and other areas. Just as importantly, you will leverage your consulting skills in managing project workstreams and delivering client deliverables and presentations.

Why you?


You’ll have experience in some of the following areas (not all are required):


  • Degree in Mathematics or other STEM or supply chain related field
  • Proven professional experience in supply chain analytics roles in Consumer Products and Retail, MALS or other sectors; either in sector and/or in consulting.
  • Experience shaping and leading delivery of data driven supply chain projects & transformation including experience enabling clients to understand and deliver better value from their data
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain processes from one or more of the following domain areas: Demand and Supply Planning, supply chain operational analytics & insights, demand forecasting, inventory analysis, logistics & network assessments, manufacturing operations
  • Demonstrated thought-leadership for translating data into action and providing business insights
  • Knowledge of the CP and Retail sector and understanding key trends, with a strong focus on those trends fuelled and driven by AI and data
  • Knowledge of how technology can be applied to deliver business value in a supply chain
  • Ability to demonstrate career experience in data mining, analysis, and visualisation


It is desired that you have interest/experience in the following areas:


  • Data analytics, data visualisation and artificial intelligence
  • Project management and Agile methodologies
  • Storyboarding and communicating complex insights in a way that is easily understood
  • Business analysis, business process modelling, requirements analysis or use case modelling
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders
