Job description
We are looking for smart, driven Analysts to join our expanding Consulting team. You will work with our growing,
international client base (UK/Europe/Asia) to help each of our clients improve their business. You’ll do this by
analysing & interpreting client data and delivering high quality insights to support & inform their decision making.
You will be
- Working with leading FMCG multinationals across multiple industries e.g. alcohol, soft drinks,
pharmaceuticals
- Solving our clients’ problems around pricing, promotions & investment strategy
- Analysing client data to deliver and present actionable insights
- Talking to our clients day-to-day to build great relationships and spot opportunities to help them even more
- Working with emerging tech and our in-house apps
- Supporting the growth of the business through internal and external initiatives
- Travelling across the UK and Europe to work with our top tier clients
About you
We need someone who can show us that they have a passion for making a difference and having an impact from the
word go.
What we’re looking for:
- A strong academic record, achieving a minimum of 2:1 in a relevant degree field
- You’ll be comfortable handling large data sets and have an eagle eye for detail
- A keen interest in learning about and working with new technologies to help build solutions for our clients
- Strategic thinker with a ‘practical’/tactical perspective for execution
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem solving
- Creative thinker and solution provider – ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to work independently and juggle competing prioritise to work to deadlines
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills – internally and externally
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, in a role with lots of variation
Benefits
This role offers a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, quarterly bonus scheme, travel subsidy, private healthcare
(including dental & optical) and pension, as well as lots of opportunity for training. We offer quarterly away days,
monthly events, team initiatives and meet ups. You will get a £1,000 contribution towards your home office set up
and will be able to choose whether you would work best mostly from home (with a £150 per month contribution
towards home working costs) or from our Victoria office with a £50 per month contribution towards travel.
