ESG is a growing topic within financial market, but also in the corporate world.

To support our growth, we are looking for an ESG consultant to strengthen our teams in private banking and asset management consulting.

You will be in charge of developing our ESG offer, by working on its commercial development, delivery of the missions and final documentation.

Your missions will mainly consist of:

• Analysis of the ESG ratings of companies
• Identification of gaps and areas for optimization
• Definition of recommendations to optimize operating processes and improve ratings on ESG-related topics
• Create premium and long-term relationship with clients: identify leads, generate new business, deliver high quality mission, and strong follow-up.

Your clients are executive managers. C Suite executives in smaller organisations and ESG specialists in larger firms. Based in London, your primary focus is the UK but it is possible that some opportunities and projects will be on the continent.

You will develop your competence inside a group which is recognized by its expertise: creation of 9 professional clubs in insurance and finance, and strongly involved within the financial institutions and partners( Argus, Awards, relationship with Business Schools…).

The ideal profile to succeed in this position would be:

• Master’s degree of an engineering school, a business school, or a postgraduate degree with a specialisation related to our activity domains.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experiences inside a consulting company specialised in finance sector.
• Or internal project experience inside asset management companies, investment services providers, or financial software companies.
• Ability and will to develop a new market on a commercial basis, strong relationship, and communication skills.
• Presence, knowledge, and authority to be the image of Pericles in the UK.
• Knowledge of software, preferably financial software would be an advantage.
• A thorough understanding of the London and UK Financial, Banking, Asset Management and Insurance sectors is a strong advantage (some good but not in-depth knowledge required).
• Autonomous, self-confident, and self-starter profile needed!
