Why this role?
Within this role you will use your experience within Customer Insight and Digital Analytics to help our clients better understand their customers in order to tailor and optimise their customer interactions, digital marketing activities and service & product design.
You will work across multiple industries to identify innovative analytical solutions, based on best practice, that can be applied to address specific customer and business challenges. You will have technical expertise in digital marketing, customer data and visualisation platforms, and ability to develop new solutions and propositions. You will put your consulting skills in practice by planning, managing, and organising projects, delivering presentations to clients and working to tight deadlines.
Why you?
You’ll have experience in some of the following areas (not all are required):
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying analytical solutions using customer data
- Proven track record in helping businesses leverage customer insight to make more informed business decisions
- Experience in customer insight, segmentation, predictive modelling, social analytics, marketing analytics and commercial analytics
- Working in digital and ecommerce industries
- Setting up web analytics metrics to measure performance of digital services
- Measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social
- Working with Adobe and/or Google Marketing Cloud platforms
- Working with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SiteCatalyst
- Understanding of paid search platforms, such as Google AdWords
- Working with data visualisation tools, such as Google Data Studio, PowerBI and Tableau
- Working with website optimisation tools for A/B and multivariate testing, such as Google Website Optimizer, Adobe Target and/or Optimizely

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
We offer a remuneration package which includes flexible benefits options for you to choose to suit your own personal circumstances and a variable element dependent grade and on company and personal performance.
