CONCEPT DESIGN ASSISTANT
Reporting to the Creative Concept Manager, you’ll support the concept design response to all Seasonal Campaigns / Project Briefs and you’ll also support the delivery of concept direction for a wide range of Graphic, Photography, Social, Retail, Wholesale & Campaigns.
Please not this role is predominantly based from our beautiful head office in Market Harborough and we are therefore looking for someone who is willing to work onsite full time.
Day to day as a Concept Design Assistant
- Support with styled flat briefs and product arrangements.
- Supporting the Concept Manager & Lead on delivering requirements for Campaign and Studio shoots. Including prop mood boards and shot plans.
- Support in the delivery of a fully comprehensive creative assets pack.
- Respond to briefs on time and in line with the critical path.
- Liaise effectively with the wider team.
- Continually strive to improve the overall look and feel of creative across multiple channels.
- Creating mood content to be used by various channels.
- Admin support for the wider team.
- Artwork support for the Creative Delivery Team when required.
What we would like you to have:
Key skills & Experience
- B.A (Hons) Design/Graphics degree (or related subject)
- Relevant experience in the creative industry leading Design Teams.
- An eye for artistic direction and production within the fashion industry.
- A keen Interest in Art Direction for Photoshoots.
- Good understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator) & Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organization, and analytical skills.
- Good collaboration and communication skills.
- Great time management and multi-tasking skills.
