Overview
Purpose
Senior Communications Consultant will report to Vice President Transformation & Performance to manage internal and external communications activities for SITA Global Services organisation with focus on building visibility and relevance, strengthening SGS profile and reputation and engaging employees on all levels.

Key Responsibilities
Shape up communication strategy aiming to promote SGS brand visibility and relevance in line with SITA Corporate Communication guidelines- Establishing sophisticated and contemporary approach to the way we utilize various communication channels & options.
Become trusted advisor to SGS Senior Management Team on all aspects of communication and marketing scope, ensure all key activities are captured in annual communication plan and managed appropriately.
Create strong messaging and content for SGS to position the organization as an integral part of SITA’s value proposition and strengthen it’s image both internally and externally.
Promote SGS messaging as a part of SITA’s story and adapt the narrative for the target audiences, weaving the story into content across many channels internally and externally.
Coordinate with Corporate Marketing & Communications team to align with Group communications strategy to enhance understanding and commitment to SITA's corporate strategy.
Contribute to successful delivery of internal programs and change management initiatives with tailored messaging and appropriate branding.
Contribute to SITA’s global public relations and communications activities by developing a positive image of SGS on all levels to project right image & value for the customers.
Collaborate with stakeholders and key contacts in SGS teams as well as GEO, Central Functions and Corporate marketing and communications function to deliver common goals and projects, including collaboration on content for customer and internal events, forums and summits.
Ensure correct branding for all materials and business updates & information packs shared internally and externally.
Tracks and report clear metrics to assess efficiency of initiatives, e.g. Lighthouse transformation program, Employee survey, Focus groups, business panels etc.
Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualifications
A university degree in: Marketing/Business/Economy/Political Science/Journalism with a master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or communications.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills, Profession Competencies
5-7 years of professional experience including:
Marketing experience in either marketing operations, communications, PR/Journalism, product marketing and/or agency (in English)
Sales and Business development experience
Telecomms & IT a plus
The Air transport or related industries a plus
Worked in a complex, international/multi-cultural and fast-moving environment
KPIs
Employee Engagement Survey – achieve year on year improvement on communication effectiveness and understanding of business strategy
Communication – establish practice of regular updates
Business transformation – right approach and format for efficient and timely comms on organizational changes, new projects and initiatives
