OPPORTUNITY
The Global Media Services team is a small team defining and scaling the best of Publicis Media’s media proposition through existing clients and new business prospects.
This team represents each core element of our global media practice: Data and Technology, Strategy, Operations and Business Development. Collectively, they are charged with defining a winning global media proposition and taking that to market to drive disproportionate growth for both us and our clients.
Success is defined as driving greater consistency of the media product across global markets, improving new business conversion and accelerating the development of existing clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Data, Audiences and Technology Solutions Analyst you will help us deliver on our mission of driving greater consistency in the smart application of data and technology across global markets and clients. You will play a key role in how we define and codify best practices for applying data and technology to the advertising planning process, and release these to stakeholders. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including data and analytics leads, strategy leads, local account management teams, and new business development. Once here, you will:
- Collaborate with the Global Data, Audiences and Technology director, as well as client-dedicated Data and Strategy leads to support local client and market teams through training, coaching creating best practices
- Design and deliver presentations to a variety of stakeholders
- Collect and act on feedback to improve Global Media programs
- Support the Global Data, Audiences and Technology directors on new business pitches, by integrating our current products as unique differentiators for the agency
- Provide regular feedback and build a trusted relationship with your team, and nurture them to challenge the way things are done to achieve measurable, continuous improvements
THE PERSON
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in one of the following areas: consumer insight, market research, predictive analytics
- Experience in uncovering insights to support strategies for brands in media, content, and/or commerce
- A combination of client management and analytical skills
- A bias toward action and ability to work independently, delivering quality results in a timely manner
- Experience building and delivering presentations to a variety of stakeholders and in a variety of contexts: online and offline, to large groups of multi-national stakeholders or 1-1 tailored sessions, to people of varying seniority
- You will be part of a senior team and need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing the simplicity of story-telling with credibility in data and analytics
