Job description

We are looking for a Consultant to join our Clarivate Consulting division to work hybrid in our London office. This is an amazing opportunity to work on market access and pricing consulting projects with global customers in the pharma, biotech and MedTech industries. The global Evidence, Value and Access Consultancy practice consists of over 100 technical experts and this role is reporting to the Senior Director - Consulting. We have a great skill set in pricing and market access, and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in consulting or project management.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
  • A BA Degree 2:1 or above
  • At least 3 years’ pharmaceutical Market Access & Pricing experience in industry or consulting
  • At least 2 years’ experience in project management
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a B2B client facing role
It would be great if you also had . . .
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences discipline or relevant field, e.g. qualitative/quantitative based research discipline (a higher degree is desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in delivering multiple of the Clarivate EVA (GAA) team key HEOR/market access deliverables, ideally in HTA landscape analyses, evidence gap analysis, payer/clinician research to support evidence planning, and price and reimbursement strategy support; and/or other key deliverables, e.g. value communications/dossier development/support.
  • Global experience preferred, with knowledge of the health systems and HTA/pricing requirements in multiple geographies.
  • Experience in responding to RFPs and supporting on client pitches
What will you be doing in this role?
  • Defining. Working with GAA Senior peers to define project scope, methods or research, and a timeline for delivery.
  • Supporting. Supporting senior colleagues on business development/proposal scoping calls, to fully understand the client objectives.
  • Leading. Leading project task execution by ensuring progress, coordinating allocated project team responsibilities, and organizing a draft version of project-related findings to be reviewed/approved by assigned Strategic Advisor(s) to the project.
  • Synthesizing. Synthesizing findings of secondary research +/- primary research projects, to frame draft recommendations and support the Senior Staff in communicating results to clients.
  • Contributing. Contributing to the delivery of multiple projects to a high standard and in line with company SOPs.
  • Contributing. Contribute significantly to the attainment of yearly revenue/profit targets as defined within KPIs for the Consultant role
About the Team
  • The Global Access Advisory team works with clients of all sizes in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology, Medical Device, Diagnostics, and Digital Solutions industries
  • The team consists of 6 global colleagues who work on Global Pricing & Market Access projects (for example, target product profile and price testing, reimbursement route mapping, HTA landscaping, payer/clinician primary research projects)
  • We have a lead with 20+ years’ experience in biopharma syndicated research and global consultancy. Our Senior Consultants have several years’ experience (agency side), and our Consultants typically have 3-5 years’ project management experience

Hours of Work
This role is 37.5 hours per week EU hours. The teams you work with are primarily located in EMEA and US, and you may work with teams internationally in APAC. This is a full-time permanent role.
