We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and engaging Construction Undergraduate Placement
The McLaughlin and Harvey Undergraduate programme will give you the opportunity to train as a Construction Manager. We offer a paid Placement with the opportunity to progress onto the graduate scheme following your graduation. Training will include time in relevant departments offering a broader understanding of how the business operates by getting involved in interesting and challenging work.
Recent projects include; Alexander Stadium, Kings College Hospital, Christchurch Court Refurbishment, Coventry and Northcote Library.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Site Managers/Project Manager with their daily duties
- Involved in QA compliance
- Assisting with Site Inductions for new employees
- Daily activity briefings
- Monitoring/photographing site activity and progress
- Health & Safety compliance
