Job description

We are looking for a construction supervisor to oversee the construction process at our new residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire construction process, supervising the team, and ensuring that all building codes and procedures are followed. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of how to complete construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising and managing construction projects, from planning and design to completion.
• Manage construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers. They ensure that workers are properly trained and that they are performing their duties safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that construction projects are in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Work closely with inspectors and regulatory authorities to ensure that projects meet all necessary standards.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders involved in construction projects, such as owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of construction activities, including progress reports, safety records, and other documentation required by regulatory authorities or project owners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £30,000.00 per year
