The job entails doing lofts, extensions & internal refurbishments.
You will be the main worker on site for each job.
You are welcome to bring in a couple of your workers or we can employ a small team for you.
You will need to have 10+ years’ experience, a proven track record & good references to be consider for this role.
We like to hire for the long term - you will need to be reliable and loyal to be considered for this role.

Essential Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience
- A minimum of three references and examples of work
- Own tools (110v and hand tools)
- Personable and polite
- Good time keeping skills and ability to stick to deadlines
- You must be enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated
- Ability to work quickly under pressure
- You must be able to keep a cool head with a good temperament under pressure
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends if required to push the job on
- You must speak clear English with good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £220.00-£250.00 per day
