- Project managing a portfolio of new store and existing fit out project across UK, IRE and the middle east, ensuring they are within programme, budget and design tolerances.
- Developing and establishing briefs of project objectives and maintaining stakeholder communication from conception to full occupation.
- Managing stakeholders both internally and externally, developing strong partnerships through effective communication.
- Review all drawings with relevant parties at multiple stages of the project to ensure design feasibility, budget allocation, and schedule impact.
- Preparing and updating overall construction strategies, programmes, schedules and other documentation to monitor and track critical paths.
- Supporting the real-estate team in all aspects necessary to secure a strong lease for Tesla and communicating on required due diligence to existing and new build projects to assist with the deal and design of the project.
- Managing the contractor tender process by producing the scope of work and collating the tender documents and relaying this information to the contractors at bid walks.
- Defining and maintaining a project cost plan covering all aspects of the planned spend including all internal and external costs.
- Advising and managing all areas of risk around the works.
- Advising on the strategy for procurement of all construction packages, organising purchase orders for works required to complete the project and managing the orderly handover of any sites to the business.
- Ensure all statutory handover documents are received and fully close out the project.
- Experience in managing construction project delivery across numerous regions.
- Strong experience in Project Management and Contractor management, demonstrated application of project and program management fundamentals to complex engineering problems
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary building, infrastructure and/or MEP projects within Architecture/ Engineering firms (whole project lifecycle)
- Experience working with authorities and be able to build strong relationship with local jurisdictions
- Ability to read and work with REVIT, CAD drawings and BIM360 and plan sets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office + Microsoft Project + SharePoint
- Experience in full construction project financial management, including budgeting, procurement, change order management, invoicing and financial reconciliation
- Superior level of motivation and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- Collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English and local language desirable
- Positive, enthusiastic, fast learner, can-do mindset and passionate about manufacturing infrastructure
