Description
- Keeping staff motivated and focused
- Monitoring progress of the project
- Manage the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget
- Ensuring clients specifications and requirements are met to a high standard
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers
- Helping to negotiate contracts and securing permits and licences
- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
- Assessing and minimising risk
- Meeting with and building client relationships
- Site safety inspections
- Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
