Construction Project Co-ordinator
(Town Hall, South Shields)
£29,439 - £43,516 pa (Career Grade)
You will lead on the co-ordinated delivery of all projects within the Highways Construction Team, but with particular emphasis on major capital works. You will provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective service to the Council and other clients, adhering to all current legislation with close scrutiny on program management and delivery.
You will become a key player in the management of the Construction Team workload. This will ensure works are delivered on time, in the most cost-effective way mindful of the team’s financial targets and to give close scrutiny to key performance targets.
