We are now looking to recruit a Cleaner / Construction Cleaning Operative, with preferably CSCS certification, to work within our construction cleaning division.
If you currently do not have a CSCS card, we would expect you to work towards acquiring one for long-term, permanent employment.
The successful applicant will work on our clients construction sites located near Bridgwater; specifically Taunton, Westonzoyland, East Huntspill, North Petherton, Highbridge.
This role is available in both part-time and full-time hours. Access to a personal vehicle (car/van), so that you can easily get to different sites, would be beneficial.
Daily, you will be working alone or alongside a small team of professional cleaning staff. The successful applicant for this position will be required to undertake the following duties as part of their role:
- General construction cleaning to new build houses (build cleaning and sparkle cleaning) – cleaning newly installed kitchens and bathrooms, clearing and wiping dust, debris and paint from internal surfaces, vacuuming and moping.
- Detaping newly installed window frames & glazing
- Cleaning window frames
- Cleaning window glazing
