Osmium Property Services Limited are looking for Experienced Builders/ Mutli Traders/ Bricklayers who want to feel like part of a growing team, who's attitude to clients and their works are the most important. What we require from you..

- Experience is key to this position, but among all other things its the fit. The fit with a team that wants to persue great things, with the feeling of a closed nit communitie of proffesionals.
- A clean driving license; With the potential contracts in 2023/2024, we require applicants to take part in a DBS check.
- Own tools; I mean, who wants to be sharing tools and blame.. right?!
- Own van; This can be discussed upon successful applications..
- Able to function/ work alone and in a team..
- Able to assist and take on responbilities to a high degree with projects and personell within the team..
- Able to be approachable, Understanding and flexible.. It works both ways!!
- Able to use IT Equipment daily, as well as being comfortable using software..

Experienced General Builder/ Multi Traders/ Bricklayer required with an established Building Company based in Nuneaton.
All types of building work undertaken in Nuneaton and surrounding areas.
Must be well presented, polite and punctual.
Uniform provided.
Driving license essential
Excellent rates of pay & performance bonuses available to right candidate.
