Job Details:
Salary Range: £21,190 - £22,215 pro-rata, plus a market supplement
Hourly rate: up to £12 per hour (including market supplement) plus enhancements for unsocial hours including Sundays and double time plus time off in lieu for Bank Holidays
Hours per week: Full and part time hours available (please state your preference on your application)

The role is both varied and rewarding, where you’ll provide outstanding care to our residents by supporting them with their daily living activities. You’ll provide keyworker support to named residents and ensure their wellbeing by supporting with meaningful conversations and interests whilst promoting their dignity and independence. Person centred care planning will also ensure residents needs are recorded and communicated.

Whether you’re new to care or already have some experience, you’ll be well supported in this role with access to first-class induction training, on-going personal development to ensure our care practices are always up to date and exciting progression opportunities.

This role does involve some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid.
