Job description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fantastic team based in Redruth. The successful applicant will be overseeing the promotion of 3 ecommerce websites, and ensuring that the look and feel of our marketing campaigns are on brand will mean this is a busy but rewarding role with lots of scope for development for the right person.
You'll need prior experience in setting up and running Google Ad campaigns, email marketing, social media posts and adverts, as well as content creation for blog posts. Ideally, you will also have good creative skills and technical ability with an understanding of running end to end digital marketing campaigns.

The primary scope of the job will be:
To be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the company under the guidance of the company directors.
To maximise company sales and revenue through Google Ad PPC campaigns, social media platforms, Klaviyo, and other marketing opportunities including generating new customer leads, increasing sales, and maintain excellent customer relations and communications.
To maintain a marketing database and report against the marketing strategy at monthly management meetings.
Primary Responsibilities
· Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC).
· Grow web traffic and enable digital growth.
· Measure key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment.
· Manage our social media platforms, which include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
· Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content based on a planned, regular publishing schedule, that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to purchase.
· Development of brand awareness and online reputation.
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across channels, and to action improvements and solutions.
· Identify new markets, channels and strategies for online growth.
· Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets.
· Coordinating with the staff team to identify innovative growth strategies.
· Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
· Attend events and represent the company as necessary.
· Work with the company management to ensure that marketing targets are met.
Requirements:
· Marketing degree or relevant field.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
· Demonstrate industry experience in digital marketing strategy, SEO, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Previous experience with Klaviyo is essential and experience using HubSpot CRM would be advantagious.
· Monitor social media platforms, outside of standard office hours.
· Maintain excellent writing and language skills.
· Highly organised and able to communicate effectively with all members of the team.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Effectively communicate information and ideas in written and graphic format.
· Sound and up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
