Job description
We’re looking for a Sign Builder Apprentice to join our Nordis Signs team based in Northampton. Within this role, you can enjoy discounts at high street brands, early finishes on Fridays, gaining a recognised qualification and even more.

Responsibilities
As a Sign Builder Apprentice, you’ll be working within the Nordis Signs team, supporting them in producing high-quality road traffic and commercial signage.
Your day to day will include:
- Accurately interpreting customer orders by understanding different signage manufacturing techniques
- Cutting and laminating vinyl materials
- Operating machinery to cut metal sheeting and apply fixings
- Loading and off-loading goods
You will also study for a Level 3 Signage Technician qualification with support from our experienced teams – giving you the practical skills and expertise to excel in your career.

This role of Sign Builder Apprentice is great for you if:
- Possess excellent customer service skills, and able to build and maintain strong relationships
- Can work collaboratively within a team
- Have experience in using various IT packages effectively
