Construction Administrator/ Trainee Contracts Manager – MOLD – Up to £35K + Benefits
Excellent opportunity for a Construction Administrator/Trainee Contracts Manager.
This well-established Construction company are looking for a Construction Administrator/Trainee Contracts Manager to join their team in Mold.
· Training will be offered to the right candidate
· Opportunity to develop through further external training (e.g. HNC, NVQ Level 4+).
· 08.00 – 17.00
· Monday to Friday
· Excellent salary £30-£35k depending on level of experience
The role of the construction Administrator/Trainee Contracts Manager will involve:
· Compiling briefing sheets for site supervisors and give direction for working safely
· Liaise with the client and contracts manager dealing with day-to-day tasks
· Fill out applications & forms
· Assist in gaining consents and licencing
· Work with ecologists to book site visits and include restrictions to site packs
· Upload new jobs to the systems
· Retrieve all site packs from site supervisors
· Check all paperwork is compliant

Ideally the Construction Administration/Trainee Contracts Manager will have some/all of following skills and attributes:
· A good understanding of health and safety and safe working practises on site
· A knowledge of the civils industry
· A knowledge of the rail industry would be preferable but is not essential
· PTS and CSCS cards would be ideal but full training can be offered
· A Qualification within Construction (HNC, NVQ etc)
· An understanding of word, excel and basic computer literacy
· A desire and ability to learn
· Honest, reliable and committed character
