Job description
The role will be general construction administration, assisting the directors and managers within the office. Background in Construction administration is an advantage but not essential. You will need to be IT literate and familiar with various systems; excel, microsoft 365.
Duties will include but not limited to
- Liaising with site staff and contractors
-Checking timesheets
-Document filing
-Sending and retrieving invoices
-Communicating with suppliers
-Purchasing (knowledge advantage but not essential)
We are a busy growing construction firm hoping to find an applicant with experience in this area although not essential.
This role is offered on a full time basis but we would consider flexible/reduced hours, possibly to suit school hours for the right candidate. 3-5 days a week.
