Job description
We are looking for a office administrative with a back ground in the construction industry to join an exciting new venture. A flexible approach will be required since we are very much a hands on firm and the works required will vary to suit what needs doing. Long term there is a great opportunity to mould the business and develop a role that suits the person.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage cost control.
- Material procurement.
- Be involved with Council and traffic management applications.
- Conduct site visits to help manage the site office paperwork.
- General office duties
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-40 per week
Salary: £12,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
