- Drive innovation in production support, looking for improvements and seeking opportunities to leverage new technologies and tools for greater efficiency.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and your scrum team to devise the appropriate implementation approach.
- Contribute to the design & development of the overall production support strategy and vision, including the tools and technologies needed to support the strategy.
You will be a Key contributor & to be part of an effective team working with iterative deployments, as part of a scrum team.You will have:
- Excellent communication, time management & organisation skills.

- Someone with a team ethos and a passion for Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in functional and non-functional deployments
- Experience within the financial services sector within a related field
- Understanding of and experience in ATM Services business and systems. Knowledge of Computer Programming languages or Web technologies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop new tools and processes
- Knowledge of change and release methodologies
- Understanding of ITIL disciplinesTo be successful you will also have demonstrable knowledge of the Connex application system architecture, the infrastructure environment, standard application methodologies, programming languages and development tools including:
- Application support experience using Connex in Live environment
- HP NonStop based applications
- Have had experience of Pathway, Golden Gate, Electronic file transfer
- Understanding of TACL, TAL, COBOL, SQL Enscribe, Enform, Unix within systems support
- Experience in writing TACL script
And may also have :
- ATM ,switch, online transaction processing, financial networks, card authentication and authorization, EMV and transaction security experience
- Familiar with LIS5, Visa , Mastercard and ISO8583
TANDEM source code management and control Industry experience with knowledge of SDLC, requirement analysis, design, new development, testing, implementation and support Ability to work with a team of developers, testers in the creation of a solid, integrated solution Applicant should have the ability to engage in production support issues and determine root cause for application problems and issuesThis opportunity is ideal for somebody who enjoys success and has a passion for support and diagnostics.
