A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Digital team, where we are looking for a Configuration Developer to join our team and help deliver a modern configurable ecosystem that underpins the core services of Santander’s Corporate and Commercial Bank.
Working within our team of domain heads, developers and subject matter experts, this role will contribute to the improved digitisation and automation of the bank’s operational processes, driving end to end efficiencies and a greater customer experience.
The difference you’ll make.
Leading the configuration and development of technologies and platforms that are pertinent to the domain, principally DocuSign Agreement Cloud solutions and nCino.
Supporting the management, curation and improvement of the domain, in line with wider Digital Strategy and SCCB priorities.
Utilising effective change management disciplines to enable successful project deliveries.
Creating effective working relationships with domain stakeholders, collaborating successfully in the delivery of all change activity, and providing feedback to the domain’s technology partners.
Evaluating all available technologies within the system architecture to deliver optimal business solutions, balancing the relevant short and medium-term strategies
Sharing platform developments and technical solutions within the domain and to wider SCCB stakeholders.
What you’ll bring.
Suitable candidates will have technical experience in system configuration, especially with cloud-based document generation and execution solutions.
Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate significant involvement in designing and delivering projects to end users.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Ideal candidates will have configuration experience with DocuSign Agreement Cloud platforms, specifically DocuSign CLM and DocuSign Signature. Functional or technical experience with Salesforce and/or nCino is desirable but not essential
An understanding of the corporate lending journey, as well as a good working knowledge of corporate banking products and legal documentation
Knowledge of different project management methodologies and principles, including Agile
An understanding of configurable SaaS software, integrated solutions, APIs, xml files, and JSON
