Oracle Health is looking for a Configuration Consultant with excellent organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. The consultant will work closely with the internal project teams to manage and coordinate the overall project approach & strategy, and the schedule of work within their product area and team. They will work closely with the Oracle Health consulting teams across our global regions, to align and deliver the product configuration to the client’s requirements and scope of work. You will be working within a larger team that are based both within the UK and India, who collectively help towards the overall delivery of client project implementations across the globe.

As a Configuration Consultant your responsibilities will include:
- Manage incoming work requests, assigning team members to work based on resource capacity
- Drive automation development, troubleshooting, and compliance across team
- Provide consultation related to domain knowledge, implementation approach, and workflow design and assist with complex system configurations and testing as necessary
- Manage issue resolution and escalate risks as appropriate
- Analyse data to determine configuration readiness
- Consult with internal project and organizational teams to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests
- Identify and execute process improvement opportunities and efficiencies
This role requires excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills along with an interest in gaining in-depth knowledge technical knowledge of your assigned Product area.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent relevant work experience
- Plus 2 years additional higher education or related work experience including:
- At least 1 year of Application or system configuration, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ Years’ experience within a back-office environment working with Millennium Product suite.
