Concierge Onboarding Analyst
Northampton
As a Barclays Concierge Onboarding Analyst this is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for ensuring onboarding activities related to Background Screening and Employment Contract issuance are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements for senior hires (Director and above) into the Barclays Group. For this role, your accountabilities also include ensuring a best-in-class service new joiners experience and helping to make an excellent first impression to their journey at Barclays.

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. • Preparing Senior Hire employment contract documents and liaising with Executive Resourcing, Reward, Legal, and Global Mobility teams
- Providing oversight and governance of Background Screening on new hires and/or regulatory screening on existing employees
- Guiding and giving advice & support to Stakeholders around various projects, and managing these to conclusion via excellent planning and organizing
- Taking ownership, management, and resolution of all areas of risk, and ensuring incident management and escalation
- Working collaboratively, engaging, liaising, and influencing a wide range of stakeholders at all levels within HR Operations and Payroll
- Challenging others to ensure the right resolution is made for the right reasons, and solving complex problems in a logical and practical manner, applying a commercial lens
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies
- Maintaining all required evidence maintained as per the agreed process in the event of a query or audit
• Excellent written and verbal skills with solid social and people skills and ability to communicate information clearly and appropriately for the needs of the audience
- Proficient in use of technology – knowledge and experience of computer systems, MS Office, and the like
- Exceptional decision making and problem-solving skills with proven ability to investigate issues using lateral thinking, data analytics and collaboration
- Stakeholder management skills, owning relationships and holding “in-person”/virtual regular meetings
• Experience of working with Company Policies and Procedures
- Knowledge of Taleo Recruiting system
